The Egyptian government makes great efforts to establish the New Administrative Capital at the borders of Badr City, 60 km away from Ain Sokhna and Suez. It aspires to reduce the overcrowding and population density in Cairo and to provide new investment and operational opportunities. Indeed, the Administrative Capital is Egypt's dream towards a better future and a civilized bridge that contributes to sustainable development.

The New Administrative Capital includes the government district consisting of 34 buildings for the ministry, parliament, senate, and ministers, the administrative control building, and the green corridor. It also includes a residential district, medical city, sports city, central park on an 8-sqm area, smart city, and entertainment city. In addition to multi-service and multi-level real estate projects and the Iconic Tower, which is planned to be the highest tower in Africa with a height of 400 meters. The project’s investment is expected to reach 3 billion dollars and it extends over an area of 170 thousand acres.
