Alexandria specialty petroleum products company (ASPPC) was established by decision of the general authority for investment and free zones no.167 of the year 1998 according to the law no.8 of the year 1997. It is one of the Egyptian petroleum sector’s companies which is specialized in producing some petroleum products. ASPPC is considered the major producer of the bitumen emulsions in Egypt where its products have been authenticated by the Egyptian organization for standards and quality in 2002.ASPPC has four production unites specialized in bitumen products, waxes and petroleum jelly.
